Cancellation Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee: Refunds will not be provided for services already rendered. If you are unhappy with the cleaning service provided, please notify us within 24 hours. Cancellations and Refunds Services must be cancel or reschedule at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to appointment. Cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. To avoid a cancellation fee, services must be canceled 2 days or forty-eight (48) hours prior to service appointment.
