Looking for new team members with excellent standards of cleanliness to service furnished and unfurnished residential properties in the Buford and Suwanee Areas. Are you self-motivated and dependable? This may be the job for you. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clean and orderly house hold chores in an assigned area. This position requires knowledge of residential cleaning, light housekeeping, and overall skill in upkeep of residential properties. Position also requires the ability to work independently and in a team environment, time management, and a pleasant and professional demeanor. Previous Housekeeping / Janitorial Experience a plus. Uniform, equipment, and supplies provided. What You'll Do. Clean and tidy residential areas assigned per residence. Perform general sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping services. Thoroughly dust, wipe, disinfect, and clean surfaces. Areas include common living spaces, bathrooms, bedrooms, home offices, kitchens, and laundry rooms. Operate vacuums and other cleaning equipment Team Lead Assistants Are responsible for overseeing that each client receives a stellar level of service. TLA's are also responsible for reporting of any issues to management that occur within the home and factors such as delays, traffic, and transportation situations that hinder the team from arriving at residence on time. Must be able to: Comprehend and follow routine directions. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Ability to maintain positive attitude. Superior customer service and interpersonal skills. Communicate in the English language. Bi-Lingual A Plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk continuously. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to climb (step ladders only), balance, bend/stoop, and kneel frequently Ability to grasp, manipulate or assemble objects Ability to reach below, at, or above shoulder level frequently Ability to constantly operate cleaning equipment and materials.
