Terms of Service:
By using our services, you agree to the following. Please read these terms carefully.
1. Services Provided

Bold Woman offers a range of cleaning services, including but not limited to residential, commercial, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and special requests as agreed upon in writing.

All services will be performed by trained staff or contractors using safe and effective cleaning methods.
2. Booking and Scheduling
-
Services must be booked at least five (5) days in advance, and are subject to availability.
-
Appointments are scheduled in accordance with client preferences and staff availability.

Any changes or cancellations must be made at least Forty Eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a thirty-five (35) dollar cancellation fee.
3. Payment Terms
-
Payment is due 3 days (72 hours) prior to service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, or online payment services.

Recurring clients will be billed on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.

Late or rejected payments, NSF notices will incur a late fee of thirty-five (35) dollars, and services will be suspended until the account is brought current.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
-
Services must be cancel or reschedule at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to appointment. Cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. To avoid a cancellation fee, services must be canceled 2 days or forty-eight (48) hours prior to service appointment.

Satisfaction Guarantee: Refunds will not be provided for services already rendered. If you are unhappy with the cleaning service provided, please notify us within 24 hours. We will promptly arrange for a re-clean of the areas at no additional charge. If further satisfaction is required, will attempt to rectify the issue within 3 business days, subject to the company’s discretion.
5. Liability and Damages

We are insured for liability and property damage. In the event of accidental damage, the client must report the issue within fourteen (14) days of service completion.

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of damaged items up to a maximum of five hundred (500) dollars, unless otherwise agreed.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use of items, or failure to disclose pre-existing conditions, defects, or malfunctions in furniture, appliances, décor, or any other items cleaned or handled during the service.
6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for securing valuables, personal items, personal information, and fragile items before the cleaning appointment.

Clients must provide access to the premises at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access your home due to reasons outside of our control (e.g., locked doors, pets, or other restrictions), and the service cannot be completed with fifteen (15) minutes of scheduled time, no refund will be issued and a rescheduling fee will apply.

Pets must be secured during service to ensure the safety of our staff and the pets.
7. Use of Supplies and Equipment

We uses our own cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise provided by client. If the client requests the use of specific products or equipment, we are not responsible for any damage or inadequate results due to their use.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy

We value your privacy. Any personal information collected from clients is used solely for scheduling and service delivery purposes. We do not share or sell client information to third parties.

Our staff and contractors are trained to respect client privacy and confidentiality during service.
9. Health and Safety

We comply with local health and safety regulations and follow industry best practices to ensure the well-being of both our staff, contractors, and clients.

Clients must inform us of any potential hazards or concerns related to the cleaning service, such as the presence of hazardous materials, allergies, or specific health conditions.
10. Termination of Service

We reserves the right to terminate service for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, unsafe working conditions, staff and contractor harassments, or failure to comply with these Terms of Service.

Clients may terminate recurring services at any time by providing written notice at least thirty (30) days before the next scheduled appointment.
11. Modifications to the Terms of Service

We reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided will be resolved in the courts of the local jurisdiction.
